Aw, I love the shot of Caleb letting go of a handful of the sand in the breeze! They're all wonderful, though!
Thanks for the birthday wishes -- my actual birthday was Monday (the day my computer died). With the exception of the compuer issues, it was a great day -- wonderful voice lesson, coffee with a friend, and dinner on the town with good girl friends. With a Rum Runner :) Yay for being legal in the States (I missed being able to buy cooking sherry after living in Europe)!
Thanks for the prayers for the GRE! I'm not too worried, but I am tired...
I see I have so much to catch up on. I'm back from vacation and will try to get caught up. These look great and I'm looking forward to seeing all the others I've missed. :)
Really nice photos. The last one is especially nice. I love photographing the grand crew, I just don't do enough of it. I do have my thirteen crosses posted though.
Fabulous shots! The dropping sand one is my favorite.
You have so many amazing shots of your precious children. What will you do when it comes to graduation or marriage and you have to narrow them down for a slide show? ;)
So the GREs were this afternoon -- I think they went pretty well, especially since I spent only a whopping 3 hours studying. The funny thing is that I did better on the quantitative than the verbal! I hope the scores are good enough to get me lots of graduate school money, although I wonder if I should consider retaking the exam to boost the verbal score... Thanks for thinking of me today!
Welcome to my blog! I am a professional wedding and portrait photographer located in Norfolk, Virginia. I specialize in capturing the beauty and emotion of people--
The secret look between a couple.
The tiny toes of a newborn.
The shared giggle of a brother and sister.
The look of a father seeing his daughter for the first time as not only his little girl but as a bride.
For these reasons, I offer a portrait-journalistic approach. This means that I prefer natural light, relaxed poses and real emotions.
I may cry a little at your wedding but I'll be right there catching other people crying too!
Thanks for stopping by. I would love to capture your story!

Love the shots. You capture your kids so well. And if I've said it once I've said it a thousand times- your kids are ADORABLE!
