Project Blue-Take 2

This is SO MUCH FUN!! It's nice to be shooting a color again! We walked over for some ice cream today and I was thrilled to see that a city employee got a little overzealous with the blue paint for a water pipe.

And I totally lucked out when I found a Boy's and Girl's club bus parked right next to the park we were playing at. Yes, blue IS a good color and it wants to be found!

I'm really liking the last one the best. Can't quite put my finger on any technical reason why. I just like it. :) And I love your enthusiasm for this new project. Maybe cause I'm right there with you. It's a nice diversion to crazy (but good) happenings in life. :)

Ooh, I love these! I'm not sure I'll be joining in Project Blue -- I'm excited to find shots around Philly and hate to limit myself to "blue." Perhaps I'll find something blue and share that, though.

Great blue shots Lacey!

Two great blues here! I love the contrast between them: the first soft and the next sharp.

I saw blue EVERYWHERE yesterday unfortunately it was as I was driving with no time to spare so I couldn't pull over to snap away like I would have loved to do... My friend would who was with me would have just rolled her eyes and let me look crazy. What a wonderful friendship we have right? HAHA

This is fun! and one of the side benefits is finding blogs like yours.

I went back through some old posts - the drowning strawberry is amazing! - and I just love your work.

The splotch of blue on the ground is stunning.

I've been stopping by even when there's no official project going on, and I love your photography, Lacey. You have such a great eye!

Your children are adorable. :)
